Ellen White tells us that the last great conflict will be over the Sabbath, take this thought and combine it with the 2nd interpretation of the battle of Armageddon in the Seventh-day Adventist Bible Commentary Volume 7, page 846 –
“(2) That -meggidon is from mo’ed, the Hebrew word commonly used throughout the OT for “congregation” (Ex. 27:21; 28:43; 29:4, 10, 11, 30, 32; etc.) for an appointed “feast” (see on Lev. 23:2), and for an “assembly” and the “places of the assembly” (Lam. 1:15; 2:6). … while the second suggests a possible connection with the great controversy between Christ and Satan.
In Isa. 14:13, where har-mo’ed is translated “mount of assembly,” …

… They understand the second derivation, Har-mo’ed, figuratively also, on the basis of its use in Isa. 14:13, in terms of the great contest between Christ and Satan …”

So H4023 can mean rendezvous which might infer revolution such as the lunar cycle. Which is the Biblical basis for all calendation of time, with the sun also, to measure day units, the moon to number those days, and the extra day between the 4th quarter Sabbath, and the New Moon Day, as now about 29.5 day lunation and before the flood a 30 day month lunation.

So the ancient battle of the moedim is to be stirred up again in this end of time, and His True followers will again be called:
“Lunatics” because they tic & tok, by the lunar clock, and do not conform to the pope Gregory calendation of time.

So in the last reset, the last building up of “insane asylums” sometimes included the word “Lunatic” in some of the names of these instituions, for their intended purpose, to institutionalize all who would not go along with the great reset to erase the lunar calendar, the tartars who knew too much, and others that didn’t fit in, that did not go with the flow who were not afraid of standing all alone on the principle of what is true, and Truth.

When the foundations of the earth were laid, then
was also laid the foundation of the Sabbath.

So I can see the relation of the words “Sabbath institution” and “foundation of the Sabbath” as having the same meaning: That when the spirit moon hovered or floated on the face of the waters, was counted as “The New Moon Day” when she is in darkness and there was no light shining upon her, but now from our point of view in Jerusalem.

Many urged that Sunday-keeping had been an
established doctrine and a wide-spread custom of the
church for many centuries. Against this argument
it was shown that the Sabbath and its observance
were more ancient and wide-spread, even as old as
the world itself, and bearing the sanction both of
angels and of Elohim. When the foundations of the
earth were laid, when the morning stars sang
together, and all the sons of Elohim shouted for joy, then
was laid the foundation of the Sabbath.[1 JOB 38:6, 7;
GEN. 2:1-3.] Well may this institution demand our
reverence: it was ordained by no human authority, and
rests on no human tradition; it was established by the
Ancient of days, and commanded by his eternal word.

Said the angel: “It is the only one of the ten which defines
the living Elohim who created the heavens and the earth and all
things that are therein. When the foundations of the earth
were laid, then was laid the foundation of the Sabbath also.”

Isa 58:12  And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
Isa 58:13  If thou restrain thy foot for the sake of the New Moon Day, not doing thy business on My Qodesh Day; and call the New Moon Day a delight, the Qodesh of Yehovah, honorable; and shalt honor Him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking vain words:
Isa 58:14  Then shalt thou delight thyself on Yehovah; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for The Mouth of Yehovah hath spoken.

(meaning it was in the Torah, but removed, requiring a “repair”, here recited by Isaiah, one of the commandments-the 4th commandment begins with “Mark even Day, The New Moon, to consecrate It” elsewhere in Scripture referred to as “This Day is Qodesh”)
When the 7th day is mentioned there is always a mention to not do any work.
