Isa 58:14  Then shalt thou delight thyself on Yehovah; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for The Mouth of Yehovah hath Spoken.

This chapter condemns self righteousness, fasting to be regarded highly by men, and puts practical works of goodness above profession of faith.

It also brings to light repairing the breach in The Law, (The 4th Commandment) as the 4th Commandment as it now stands is incorrect in all Bibles published today. (Should be “Mark even day, The New Moon, to consecrate It” in Exodus 20:8)

Verses 13 and 14 speaks of the commandment that was in the Torah, but was removed to hide the obligations to keep The New Moon Day Sabbath qodesh unto Yehovah.

For The Mouth of Yehovah, Spake to Moses personally as if it were face to face, though he couldn’t behold It, for he would have been consumed.

So this indicates that there was a commandment, in the Torah, as written by Moses, who only spake to Yehovah, as it were face to face, to keep The New Moon Sabbath Day qodesh, and how to keep it qodesh, unto Yehovah.

This concept was confirmed by Yehovah, telling Miriam, That He speaks to prophets by dreams and visions, but not so with His servant Moses, (whom He spoke as it were face to face, as a friend speaketh to a friend) and why was she not then afraid to speak against “My servant Moses”? And Malachi 4:4
Mal 4:4  Remember ye the law of Moses My servant, which I commanded unto him in Horeb for all Israel, with the statutes and judgments.

The 7th day Sabbath Commandment always has “no work” in It.
The New Moon Sabbath Day Commandment sometimes has “no servile work”.

Exodus 31:14 has a penalty for working (probably “servile” type work) on the New Moon Day Sabbath; to be put out of the camp.
Exodus 31:15 has a death penalty for working on the 7th day Sabbath.
Two different types of “Sabbaths” have two different penalties for working on these two Sabbath days.

Exo 31:14  Ye shall keep The Sabbath therefore; for It is qodesh unto you: every one that defileth It shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth any work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

(defileth means to be mournful, or complaining when we should be “Isa 58:14  Then shalt thou delight thyself on Yehovah;”) e.g.

Isa 58:13  If thou turn away thy foot from The Sabbath(The New Moon Day Sabbath), from doing thy pleasure on My Qodesh Day; and call The Sabbath a delight, The Qodesh of Yehovah, honourable; and shalt honour Him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words:

Exo 31:15  Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, qodesh to Yehovah: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.

Isa 58:12 And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
(Remember the woman in Revelation with the moon under her feet.)
Isa 30:21  And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.
