From the Holy Name Version preface:

"The Masorites, in safeguarding the Tetragrammaton (the four letter Holy Name of the Most High), substituted in over 130 places in the Hebrew Text, the name of the Canaanitish deity, Adonay, and in some places, Elohim, wherever anthropomorphism (ascribing the physical atributes of man to Yahweh) was implied.  Wherever they left the Tetragramaton intact, they placed diacritical marks beneath it to indicate pronunciation of the word to be spoken, Adonay, not the word written, Yahweh, which the Jews considered too sacred to be spoken aloud."

Dear friends, "which the Jews considered too sacred to be spoken aloud."

It centers on the Central Pin, the great controversy staged here on earth, the point for these last days, The Name "shemah" of The Great Father of Eternity, His Name, in Whom we live and move and have our being.

Yahshua stated in His prayer, "Father I have made manifest Thy Name".   The great "shemah" of Deuteronomy 6:4-Hear O Israel Yahweh our Elohim is Yahweh, first #259

259. 'echad, ekh-awd'; a numeral from H258; prop. united, i.e. one; or (as an ordinal) first:--a, alike, alone, altogether, and, any (-thing), apiece, a certain [dai-] ly, each (one), + eleven, every, few, first, + highway, a man, once, one, only, other, some, together.

His Name "Yahweh" yod he vav he, the tetragrammaton, is referred to by the Hebrews as the "shemah", which in our language is interpreted as "The Name" referring to the tetragrammaton, which is how the Jewish custom permits them to refer to Yahweh which they don't like to utter, the Jews hated The Messiah for going against their tradition of never speaking aloud the tetragrammaton. But He declared This Holy Name openly, and thus He said what is His Testimony, or Witness, as was the other of the Two witnesses that stand up on their feet, and shout their testimony after The Two Witnesses Yahshua and Moshes' testimony is still lying today in the street, but when the latter rain is poured out in abundance these two witnesses will speak with power, and great fear will fall upon those who witness, as Ellen White tells us in that great last movement, that has 10 times the power of pentecost, fear will hold in check the unbelievers, as Mighty Miracles are performed and the Fear of Elohim is upon all preventing them from hindering the work until each one makes their decision, and none can hold them back from accepting the Truth (EMeT in Hebrew-first middle and last letter).

Notice the Old Testament prophecy of The Messiah, and the plot to put Him to death

Jeremiah 11:19, 21
"And I (was) like a lamb docile being brought to the slaughter; and not did I know that against me they had plotted schemes (saying), Let us destroy the tree with its food; and let us cut him off from the land of the living, that The Name not be remembered still.:

EGW "Lamb tied, all mangled and bleeding."

21 Therefore thus say Yahweh about the men of Anathoth, who seek your life saying, not do prophesy in The Name of Yahweh, that not you may die by our hand.

Please remember, the changes that have been made, the master reconfiguring of the New Testament.

Do you think that when the Jews tried to throw Him off a cliff, it was for only offending their Jewish pride?

Perhaps He said in their synogogue, out loud, while reading the Scriptures, the True Pronunciation of The Tetragrammaton, that they would not speak, and a hush fell on them, when they heard Him speak the unutterable Tetragrammaton.

He said, Father I have declared Thy Hashem (Name), and will declare It.

On numerous occaisions when they tried to kill Him, He was protected by The Power of The Name, He had openly declared.

"He who dwells in The Secret of Elyon's Shade, El Shaddai, shall pass the night"

"The Name of Yod, he, vav, he is a strong Tower, into It, runneth the righteous, and is elevated."

In Ellen Whites dream of the Temple, she saw a Lamb all mangled and bleeding, tied to the One Immense Pillar supporting the entire structure.

This shows that The Messiah was bruised, on the false charge of blasphemy, which the Jews at His trial, coaxed Him, to utter His Fathers' Holy Name, and they shouted "blasphemy" what need have we of further witnesses, for we have heard of His Own Lips.

Ellen White in Desire of Ages, goes into much more detail. But her dream of the temple is conclusive of the charge of blasphemy, being on account of The Name, yod, he, vav, he, spoken out loud, and correctly, at that, instead of the Jews tradition of speaking Adonay, as Ellen White plainly tells us that even in childhood, He would not accept one single tradition, but would attach Himself, to His Fathers' Every Word, as His justification for His course.
