12 He hath made the earth by His power, He hath established the world by His wisdom, and hath stretched out the heavens by His discretion.

I saw that these waiting ones were not yet tried as they must be, They were not free from errors. And I saw the mercy and goodness of (Elohim) in sending a warning to the people of the earth, and repeated messages to lead them to a diligent searching of heart, and study of the Scriptures, that they might divest themselves from errors which have been handed down from the heathen and papists.

Satan therefore decided that he must come in a milder. form. He had already corrupted the doctrines of the Bible, and traditions which were to ruin millions were taking deep root.

Baal, BAY ul, was the name of an ancient god worshipped by the Hebrews. The word means lord, or master.

The French call Sunday dimanche, the Spanish call it domingo, and the Italians call it domenica. These three names all come from the Latin words Dies dominicus, which means Lord's Day.
