Isaiah 24:5
5 The earth also is defiled under the inhabitants thereof; because they have transgressed
the laws, changed the ordinance, broken the everlasting covenant.
They deleted the New Moon ordinances, excised them, and transplanted "New Moon"
many times with "Sabbath".
Quote from "Mysteries of The Dead Sea Scrolls Revealed"
"We have direct alterations omissions and unlawful additions.
The ancient editions dating from 280 B.C. to 870 A.D. because of the decay wear and tear,
the scribes and the translators took liberties at their own discretion to change the
sacred text."
The commands to keep the New Moon were largely replaced with "Sabbath" or entirely cut out of Scriptures.
We are the product of centuries of deception, centuries ago the lunar calendar weeks were obliterated, and her followers slain. (The present solar only calendar is a form of "Sun" worship, while Yehovah's calendar of Genesis 1:14-18, incorporates the sun and the moon and the stars for His Calendar. 'and they shall be for signs, and seasons-moeds-appointments, and days-measure of a day, and years-stars constellations of stars, all in the firmament, below the waters above)
Isaiah tells us this Latter Rain Light can be found by "precept upon precept" "precept upon precept" "line upon line" "line upon line" "here a little and there a little"
A "Sabbath" means "rest" and can be other days
and does not mean exclusively only "The Seventh Day" see Leviticus 23:24 - clip
from:
"in the first [day] of the month, shall ye have a sabbath"
The first day of the month is The New Moon Day, a "Sabbath"
Leviticus 23:24
24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first
[day] of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets,
an holy convocation.
The following text is not in the Torah Portion but in the Tanach.
Isaiah 66:23
23 And it shall come to pass, [that] from one new moon to another, and from one
sabbath to another, shall all flesh come to worship before Me, saith YHVH.
(Note: In eternity, the Sabbath is linked and dependent upon the New Moon, in order
for the seventh day in time relation to the moon to be established, it is illogical to
suppose that they cycle independently one from the other, irregularly: Can any two walk
together except they be agreed?)
In the middle of the moon, the 15th
Exo_16:23 And he said unto them, This is that which YHVH hath said,
To morrow is the rest of the holy sabbath unto YHVH: bake that which ye will bake to day,
and seethe that ye will seethe; and that which remaineth over lay up for you to be kept
until the morning.
Exodus 31:13
13 Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily My sabbaths
(includes 7th day Sabbaths and The New Moon Day) ye shall keep: for it [is] a sign between Me and you
throughout your generations; that [ye] may know that I [am] YHVH that doth sanctify you.
Exodus 31:12
12 ¶ And spoke YHVH unto Moses, saying,
Exodus 31:13
13 And you speak to the sons of Israel, saying, surely My Sabbaths you shall keep for a
sign-(owth 226) these between Me and you for your generations; to know that I YHVH your
sanctifier.
Exodus 31:14
14 Ye shall keep the Sabbath(New Moon) therefore; for It [is] Holy unto you: every one
that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth work therein, that soul
shall be cut off from among his people.
Exodus 31:15
15 Six days may work be done; and day The Seventh [is] a sabbath of rest, holy to YHVH:
whosoever doeth [any] work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
Exodus 31:16
16 Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath
throughout their generations, [for] a perpetual covenant.
Exodus 31:17
17 It [is] a sign between Me and the children of Israel for ever: for [in] six days YHVH
made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day He rested, and was refreshed.
Exodus 31:18
18 And He gave unto Moses, when He had made an end of communing with him upon mount Sinai,
two tables of testimony, tables of stone, written with The Finger of Elohim.
Here "New Moon" was replaced with "Sabbath"
Exodus 31:14
14 Ye shall keep the sabbath-(New Moon) therefore; for it [is] holy unto you: every one
that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth [any] work therein, that
soul shall be cut off from among his people.
The Penalty for work, here is different from the 7th day of the week, excommunication, and refers to "servile" work, rather than "any" work as per the 7th day Sabbath commands.
Leviticus 23:24
24 Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, In the seventh month, in the first
[day] of the month, shall ye have a sabbath, a memorial of blowing of trumpets,
an holy convocation.
Leviticus 23:25
25 Ye shall do no servile work [therein]: but ye shall offer an offering
made by fire unto YHVH.
Exo_31:15 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the sabbath of rest, holy to YHVH: whosoever doeth any work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
Notice the verses above and below have death, as the penalty for doing "any" work on the 7th day Sabbath.
Exo_35:2 Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy day, a sabbath of rest to YHVH: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.
Again since the starting point needs to be established from which to begin the count, with all the evidence of Scripture linking the New Moon day with the Sabbath day, I can only surmise that here again, was the command of the New Moon.
Exodus 35:1.5 Remember the New Moon day to keep it holy.
Exo_35:2 Six days shall work be done, but on the seventh day there shall be to you an holy
day, a sabbath of rest to YHVH: whosoever doeth work therein shall be put to death.
Exodus 20:8 - Mark even day, the New Moon, to consecrate it.
9 Six days shalt thou labour, and do all thy work:
10 And the seventh day a sabbath of Y'hovah, thy Elohim: thou shalt not do any work, thou, nor thy son, nor thy daughter, thy man-servant, nor thy maid-servant, nor thy cattle, nor thy stranger that within thy gates;
11 For six days Y'hovah made heaven and earth, the sea and all that in them, and rested the seventh day: wherefore Y'hovah blessed the sabbath-day, and consecrated-qadashed-(6942) it.
Deuteronomy 5:12
12 Observe even day the Sabbath (New Moon) to sanctify it, as
YHVH thy Elohim hath commanded thee.
Deuteronomy 5:13
13 Six days thou shalt labour, and do all thy work:
Deuteronomy 5:14
14 And day the seventh [shall be] a Sabbath to YHVH thy Elohim:
not you shall do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, nor your male slave, nor
your female slave, nor your ox, nor your ass, nor any of your cattle, nor your alien that
[is] inside your gates; so that may rest your male slave and your female slave, as you.
Deuteronomy 5:15
15 And remember that a slave you were in the land of Egypt, and brought you YHVH your
Elohim from there by a hand mighty, and by an arm outstretched; therefore commanded YHVH
you your Elohim to keep day The Sabbath.
Note: This is not the 7th day Sabbath, as the 7th
day always has "not do any work" with that command.
Isaiah 58:13
13 If thou restrain thy foot for the sake of the Sabbath(New Moon), not doing thy business
on My Holy Day, and call To Sabbath(New Moon), a delight, To
The Holiness of Y'hovah, glorified; and shall glorify It away from doing your own ways,
from finding your own pleasure, or speaking (your) word:
Isaiah 58:14
14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in Y'hovah; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high
places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Yacov thy father: for The Mouth of
Y'hovah hath spoken [it].
This is saying "He" spoke it. He spoke the Torah and Moses wrote it down. Most likely this command in Isaiah could have been a missing part removed from the Torah.
for The Mouth of Y'hovah hath spoken [it]. (In the Torah)
There should be a Leviticus 23:2.5, just before the weekly cycle begins with the 6 work days.
Between verse 2 and 3 "Remember the New Moon Day to sanctify it, it is an holy convocation, ye shall not profane it."
Lev_23:3 Six days shall work be done: but the seventh day is the
sabbath of rest, an holy convocation; ye shall do no work therein: it is the sabbath of
YHVH in all your dwellings.
Day of Atonement is also a "Sabbath Rest" but not the 7th
day sabbath.
Lev_16:31 It shall be a sabbath of rest unto you, and ye shall afflict your souls, by a
statute for ever.
Below in Leviticus 23 The command to keep the New Moon day Holy was entirely cut out from the feast days, when The New Moon day is even a Greater Worship day than the 7th day Sabbath rest day.
The day of Atonement is a "Sabbath Rest", the 10th day, including the evening of the 9th before, to rest and afflict your soul.
Lev_23:32 It shall be unto you a sabbath of rest, and ye shall
afflict your souls: in the ninth day of the month at even, from even unto even, shall ye
celebrate your sabbath.
Lev_25:4 But in the seventh year shall be a sabbath of rest unto the
land, a sabbath for YHVH: thou shalt neither sow thy field, nor prune thy vineyard.
